FINANCIAL OPERATIONS DIRECTOR

Michał is our finance guru with 20+ years of expertise in consulting, finance, and leadership. He has held executive roles across advisory, IT, and e-mobility sectors. He graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics with an MBA from the University of Minnesota, and has honed his skills in strategy development, financial management, and project oversight.

His diverse professional journey includes providing financial advisory services as a Senior Manager in multinational consultancies, including renowned "Big Four" firms. As a CFO, he successfully led Finance, Accounting, Administration, and HR departments in two high-tech start-ups, demonstrating his versatility in the dynamic world of technology.

Michał is also Vice President at the Technology Partners Foundation, where he has been an integral part since 2006 and played a pivotal role in expanding activities into new technological and business areas. His involvement in research, coordination and support actions (CSA), and consultancy projects has reached clients across the EU and worldwide.

Michał combines strategic vision with hands-on expertise, embodying a balance of professionalism and approachability that makes him a pleasure to work with. His commitment to excellence and his ability to navigate complex challenges make him an indispensable asset to our team.
